Day 29 175 lbs

Great news today!  I was informed by Jennifer that I only have one double left.  That will come this week….wooooooooohoooooo!  It is a little more exhausting each day, but with a little planning I found that I can still do a few fun things.  Kat rode with to to my 8 am treatment and met Jenn and Mikalya,  then we dropped off a job and I was in bed by 10.  I slept until 1 and after some lunch moved directly to the couch to read and watch Kat and Finn nap.  My ulterior motive was to get an hour at the monthly woodturner’s meeting.  It was election of officers for 2018 and 2019 and I was elected Vice President.  Now while that may sound incredible but like most organizations, it

is more like who is willing to to take it for the next two years…lol.  No, in all seriousness I am humbled that the club thinks enough of me to entrust the position to me.  Kat was also elected Treasurer for the 7th time.  It was nice to get out and be with friends.

NEFLWA Meeting

Before we left I spent a couple of minutes with my friend Ruth and she asked me if I knew that I was going to be okay and I could honestly say yes.  No matter the outcome, I have faith that it will be exactly what I am supposed to have.  God has me in his arms and there is no fear of the outcome.  We went on to talk about what people without faith do and the importance of telling the world your story so that others can see that there is another way.  Is that the answer to hate, fear, anger and anxiety?  I think Ruth just might have something there – thank you sweetness I look forward to more discussions. Well friends I have a long day tomorrow so I am going to sign out.  Thank you for letting me share.

LESSON OF THE DAY – We all have a story that is worthy of sharing, what is yours?
